Our Winery:
We began with a simple idea back in 2005: make good, handcrafted wine we love. What started as a small dream has grown into a place where tradition, patience, and good grapes come together.
Every season since that first harvest, we’ve tended our vines and turned each year into something unique.
The wines we bottle today carry the story of those seasons — the early mornings, the late‑night crushes, and the quiet satisfaction of seeing a barrel come to life.
Two decades later, we’re still here, still learning, still pouring wines that reflect who we are and where we come from.
It all started in 2005, and every vintage since has been part of our journey.

The Bees Behind Our Sweetest Work:
Our farm is home to thousands of honeybees, and they’re some of the hardest‑working partners we have. Every jar of honey, every blossom in our fields, and every thriving crop owes something to these tiny pollinators.
Where Flavor, Farming and Craft Come Together:
On our farm, we focus on growing specialty garlic varieties known for their rich flavors, unique colors, and exceptional culinary qualities. Whether you’re a home cook, a chef, or a gardener, our garlic offers something truly special. More Information

Everything begins with the flowers:
We plant flowers to feed the bees we raise. From the first spring blossoms to the last fall blooms, our fields are a buffet of nectar and pollen, carefully chosen to keep our hives healthy and thriving.
As the bees move from flower to flower, they gather what they need — and in return, they pollinate the land that feeds us all. By the time the season ends, the hives are full of golden honey made from the very flowers we planted for them.
We grow the flowers, the bees gather the nectar, and together we create something sweet. It’s a simple cycle, but it’s the heart of our farm.
